Beef Birria (GF)
Juicy, fall-off-the-bone beef slow-cooked in rich spices, wrapped in a crispy, fried-cheese-lined taco. Served with a consomé for dipping because tacos and broth are soulmates.

Frijoles (Vg, GF)
Creamy, slow-cooked beans wrapped in a warm, slightly charred tortilla. Earthy, savory, and perfect with a squeeze of lime and a touch of salsa or avocado.

  • Pineapple Habanero 🌶️🌶️🌶️
    The spiciest of them all. A sweet start with a fiery finish— for the brave.

  • Salsa Verde 🌶️
    Green and clean. Fresh tomatillos, bright, tangy, and on the mild side. Perfect for when you want flavor without the fire.

  • Chipotle Salsa Roja 🌶️🌶️
    Just right. A smoky, medium-spiced red salsa that brings heat without knocking you out.

  • Salsa Macha 🌶️🌶️

    No Mexican condiment selection would be complete without salsa macha - roasted chillis blended with olive oil and toasted seeds. The perfect drizzler!
